Refund Policy

1. No Refunds At Friendly Keys, we strive to provide high-quality services to help you market and sell your property efficiently. Due to the nature of our services, all payments made to Friendly Keys are non-refundable. This includes the upfront payment required to begin our marketing and buyer outreach efforts.

2. Cancellation Policy Clients may choose to cancel our services at any time; however, the initial payment is non-refundable. If a client cancels before the property is sold, they will not be required to pay the second half of the service fee, which is due upon the successful sale of the property.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% payment is required upfront before we begin marketing and listing services.

• The remaining 50% is due only after the property is successfully sold.

• If the client cancels our services before the sale is completed, they will not be required to pay the remaining balance.

 

4. Exceptions There are no exceptions to this policy. By using our services and making an upfront payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
